The back and forth on tweaking the design is a bit frustrating, since i wish i could have done most of those tasks in the design tool. Sent a request yesterday afternoon that didn't get a quick enough response caused my order to get delayed a day.

Gaby was a pleasure to talk to and work with. I loved that she was enthusiastic about my shirts and talked me through the whole process, I always felt like she was making sure the design I provided would turn out in the best way possible. I also appreciate her fast replies and the updates she gave me. Overall I had a great time working with her and definitely plan on coming back to Real Thread for future apparel projects.
