Emily was quick to respond, create my mock-up and give me updates on pricing. She made the process super simple and quick!

On the whole my 'user experience' is pretty positive. A couple les back and forth would have helped when it came to knowing what my previous order had been and advising me of the huge jump in costs instead of my figuring that out and having to go back asking for explanations would have helped a little. The communication after sale was very good and the shirts are a lovely quality and finish.
