Gaby has been easy to communicate with and provides clear and concise answers in a timely manner. I've enjoyed the quality of the products we have received over the years and look forward to this new order. I still wear the original shirts we ordered which are at least 5 or 6 years old at this point.

The website/content took the rating down from excellent. There were some pricing inaccuracies on the main website with production add-ons that could have been solved with a footnote. Instead, it looks misleading. The result was a lot of back-and-forth that could have been simplified greatly. Otherwise, my account manager has always been helpful and personable. Five stars for Gaby's service.

Joey was responsive, helpful, and kind.

Gaby is the best. She was proactive in reaching out, know we had the event coming up in May. She also makes it really easy to place the order, get mockups for review and to have the client review/approve/pay for the order. Always a great experience with Real Thread! Til next time...!
