Logan was very responsive, super nice and very helpful when I was trying to figure out which tee shirt and sizing. I was disappointed tho in one thing. I asked him if there was any discount for not-for-profits, and he told me tho -- but failed to mention you were running an 11%off promotion. I got a popup on that when I went back on your website to look at sizing. I would have thought a customer service rep would have told me about the special. I dont know if your reps are discouraged from doing that, but since I am paying with money that people donated to fight gun violence, I take my fiduciary responsibility very seriously. It definitely left me with a bad feeling that he didn't mention that.
