Trey was very accommodating to us and helpful in allowing us the time in which to get our order just right. Kai was helpful in that process too. We are very excited about our shirt order and looking forward to seeing/wearing them! I do find it a little odd that since we've been in contact with RealThread, I've interacted with at least 6-8 people. Seems like a lot. But the service has been great.

Responses to my questions were quick and accurate. It was so easy to reorder even though I didn't have an order number. All I had to so was tell Real Thread what was printed on my old order.
