The experience w/ Trey was easy and straight forward. I do feel like Kai didn't review our conversations when replying, leaving me needing to repeat myself a few times. One such example was right before I was connected with Kai. Several times we had said I needed the shirts sent directly to my recipients and yet I was still being extolled on the generous free shipping offer, the one that we had already said didn't apply to me. That was not the only example, but was one of the more bothersome. I get that $2k isn't a huge order, but if things go well, we'll want to have other depts order over time, most likely. This makes me a little more leary of recommending RT w/out reservation.

Tiffany was absolutely incredible. She was helpful, knowledgable and really went the extra mile with helping me with this project.

I just want to say thank you to both Trey and Kai for an amazing customer service, helping me on this journey that I am beginning with my small business, it means alot. They answered all of my questions with clear information, and helped me set up my order and fix an issue on the billing before I payed. Trey showed me a video of exactly what the blank shirt looked like and also helped me with the dimensions of the folded shirt in the bad so I can find correct packaging. Kai helped me with file types and letting me know you guys could help me with the tag and remove a black background from my photo that I couldn't get rid of. It was an exceptional experience. I look forward to a continued relationship with real threads! When the time comes again for me to order more, or to create a new design and print them, I will definitely be reaching back out to Trey and Kai! Thanks you, Nick from TeamNúmero
