From Kai, the initial person who helped me, to Trey, the account manager - they’ve been excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, & very responsive. Trey even took the initiative to call me and address the reservations he felt I had via our email exchange. The conversation was brief, and a breath of fresh air in terms of someone caring enough to want to “get it right”. So much so, I’ve already told 2 people that I know who plan to get a shirt company started about RT. I’m looking frwd to the quality of my sample, and hope it cements my business relationship with you all moving frwd.

I found your company because Isaiah Reyes sent a handwritten note and sample tshirts to a co-worker of mine. That co-worker shared that letter with me because we work in a business (EntreLeadership) that exists to help small businesses grow and thrive and he was impressed. A few weeks later when I found myself needing to order tshirts I thought of Isaiah. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and followed up with great customer service. From there I was connected with Joey Bordenga (Senior Account Manager) and Tiffany Shields (Account Specialist) to walk me through the rest of the process from proofs to the eventual order and they both continued the same level of quick and excellent customer service. I've already connected them with another co-worker who will likely use them in the future and expect to be a future customer as well (assuming the product is as good as the service).
