Because I ordered a sweatshirt that wasn’t on your website, all the ordering was done through email communication and I didn’t ever get a pricing quote until the very final proof approval. • Humans were great and helpful. Almost too much. Would rather deal with one rep rather than 4. • Website looks great but has some UX issues to fix... - Order confirmation screen is wonky. After placing an order successfully, the page should transition to a confirmation screen, rather than just a popup modal. - Issues with placing an order in the first place. - Should be able to select a metallic ink in mockup builder palette options.
