Spectacular customer service. I had two individuals who were quick to respond and provide useful information. There were two changes, the color I chose was discontinued and I added an additional area to put the artwork. Both of those changes were met quickly and openly. With the color change, I was told the situation and offered two solutions. And with the artwork add, it changed the price. But they were quick to tell me the price would slightly increase so I wasn't shocked later. Overall, a fantastic experience so far. And all of that was decided within a business day. Including a few after hours emails to get the ball rolling.

Trey's great, very responsive. I do wish there had been additional communication around stock when we first provided our order instead of waiting until later. We could have proactively sought out alternatives instead of waiting until after the order was placed.

It's always a pleasure working with Gaby! She is meticulous and very accommodating to any changes we might need. Plus, she's incredibly kind!
