How much do chenille patches cost?

The cost of your chenille patch order is going to depend on the apparel you're applying the patch to, the number of units you're ordering and the size of the patch. The size of the patch is considered the height + width / 2.

Can I order chenille patches on their own, or do they have to be applied to a garment?

Typically, we only sell patches as part of a finished merch item. However, if let us know a little bit more about your needs and we're always happy to see what we can do.

What are chenille patches made of?

Chenille patches are made with fuzzy, looped yarn that gives them a thick, plush texture—think classic varsity jackets and retro letterman vibes.

Can I combine chenille with other patch styles?

You bet! Chenille pairs really well with flat embroidery for outlines or detail work. The combo gives your patch some serious visual interest.

Can I customize the shape of my patch?

Absolutely! Stay classic or go wild, the shape of the patch is totally your call.

Can chenille patches get washed?

Yep, chenille patches can withstand around 25 washings—we recommend turning them inside out and washing on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. For the longest lasting results we recommend hand washing or spot cleaning as needed.

Do chenille patches require a border?

Yep, all chenille patches must have either a felt or satin border. A felt border is the most classic pairing with a chenille patch with excess felt material surrounding the patch. A satin border is going to be a little more subtle without any felt added to the design.
