Joey is a pleasure to work with and one of the main reasons we are so loyal to Real Thread. He is responsive, helpful, and a great and patient communicator.

I am a buyer that basically knows what I want, when I want it. I don't go through the sales manager often. However, the response time from placing an order and hearing from Joey is quick and I know he's there if I need him.

Trey was quick to respond and very patient with all our queries.
