Custom Woven Patches

The cost of your woven patch order is going to depend on the apparel you're applying the patch to, the number of units you're ordering and the size of the patch. The size of the patch is considered the height + width / 2.

Typically, we only sell patches as part of a finished merch item. However, if let us know a little bit more about your needs and we're always happy to see what we can do.

We can't guarantee exact Pantone matches when working with thread colors; however, we'll always do our best to get as close as possible. If you're in need of an exact match we recommend checking out our sublimated patch option.

Embroidered patches are made by stitching threads onto a fabric backing, giving them a textured, raised look. They’re perfect for bold designs with simple shapes and thicker lines. Woven patches, on the other hand, use thinner threads and tighter stitching to create a flatter surface with more detail. If your design has small text or intricate elements, woven is the way to go.

Yes! We can go with a standard circle or rectangle, or you can go wild with a full custom shape.

Woven patches are fine to go in the washing machine. We recommend flipping the garment inside out and using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

Nope, you don't necessarily need a border on a woven patch. If you do want a border you can either have a thick border that pops, or a narrow border that will more closely blend in with your design.
