How much do sublimated patches cost?

The cost of your sublimated patch order is going to depend on the apparel you're applying the patch to, the number of units you're ordering and the size of the patch. The size of the patch is considered the height + width / 2.

Can I order sublimated patches on their own, or do they have to be applied to a garment?

Typically, we only sell patches as part of a finished merch item. However, if let us know a little bit more about your needs and we're always happy to see what we can do.

Can you Pantone match sublimated patches?

Yes! Sublimated patches are digitally printed, so we can achieve exact matches on colors.

Can sublimated patches include gradients or photos?

Sure can! Sublimation is ideal for photo-realistic and colorful designs.

Are sublimated patches flat or raised?

They’re flat and smooth, with no thread texture like embroidery.

Can I customize the shape of my patch?

Yes! We can go with a standard circle or rectangle, or you can go wild with a full custom shape.

Can sublimated patches get washed?

Sublimated patches are fine to go in the washing machine. We recommend flipping the garment inside out and using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

Do sublimated patches require a border?

Nope, you don't necessarily need a border on a sublimated patch. If you do want a border you can either have a thick border that pops, or a narrow border that will more closely blend in with your design.
