Q: How much do molded patches cost?

The cost of your molded patch order is going to depend on the apparel you're applying the patch to, the number of units you're ordering and the size of the patch. The size of the patch is considered the height + width / 2.

Q: Can I order molded patches on their own, or do they have to be applied to a garment?

Typically, we only sell patches as part of a finished merch item. However, if let us know a little bit more about your needs and we're always happy to see what we can do.

Q: What are molded patches made of?

They’re made from soft, flexible PVC—a rubber-like material that’s super durable, weather-resistant, and perfect for raised, colorful designs.

Q: Are molded patches flexible?

Yep! They’re soft and bendy, so they move well with the garment while still keeping their shape.

Q: Can I customize the shape of my patch?

Absolutely! Molded patches are made with a custom mold, so you can go wild with unique shapes, layers, and color combos.

Q: Can molded patches get washed?

Yes, molded patches can withstand around 25 washings—we recommend turning them inside out and washing on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.

Q: Do leather patches require a border?

The space between the engraved area and the edge of the patch must be at least 1.5mm.
