How much do 3D embroidered patches cost?

The cost of your 3D embroidered patch order is going to depend on the apparel you're applying the patch to, the number of units you're ordering and the size of the patch. The size of the patch is considered the height + width / 2.

Can I order 3D embroidered patches on their own, or do they have to be applied to a garment?

Typically, we only sell patches as part of a finished merch item. However, if let us know a little bit more about your needs and we're always happy to see what we can do.

Can you Pantone match 3D embroidered patches?

We can't guarantee exact Pantone matches when working with thread colors; however, we'll always do our best to get as close as possible. If you're in need of an exact match we recommend checking out our sublimated patch option.

Can I combine 3D and flat embroidery?

Yes! You can totally mix the two—use 3D for the main elements and flat stitching for finer details. It creates a cool layered look.

Can I customize the shape of my patch?

For sure! We can go with a standard circle or rectangle, or you can go wild with a full custom shape.

Can 3D embroidered patches get washed?

3D Embroidered patches are fine to go in the washing machine. We recommend flipping the garment inside out and using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

Do embroidered patches require a border?

Yes, all 3D embroidered patches require a border. You can either have a thick border that pops, or a narrow border that will more closely blend in with your design.
