How Do I Get The Most Out My Real Thread Order?

When ordering custom apparel, we understand that getting the most out of your order is important.

So you stumbled across this article as you search for the perfect provider for your custom apparel needs–yeah?

Have no fear; Real Thread is here.

Consider us to be your one-stop shop when it comes to ordering custom apparel. The business has been boomin' since '09. We offer screen printing with water-based ink (which is awesome because it is durable, good-looking, AND eco-friendly), embroidery, and many add-on services that separate us from the competition. *fist-bump*

We understand that ordering custom apparel is an important decision, and maximizing the value of that order is essential in the spirit of being a wise consumer.

We connected with our Director of Account Management on some things you should remember to get the most out of your Real Thread order.

Let’s get into it, shall we?

Increase Your Total Garment Quantity

One thing to remember is to ensure you are taking advantage of price breaks. You can save money by increasing the total quantity of your order if you're close to the next price break.

For example, if you're ordering 95 Next Level 3600 shirts with a 1-color design on the front, you'd be paying $11.65/shirt for a total of $1106. However, if you bump that up to 100 shirts, you'd be paying $10.36/shirt for $1,036 total.

The higher the number of garments, the less stress on your wallet. That's what we call a win-win.

Combine Garment Types

Did you know that you can combine a variety of garments in the same order as long as your design remains the same? Combining garment types can help you reach a higher price break and add some variety to your swag game.

As long as we can re-use the screens your designs have been burned onto, the world is your custom-apparel-filled oyster. Hoodies, tees, and tanks all in the same order? We've gotcha.

Analyze The Number of Colors and Printing Locations

If you need to stick to a specific budget, make sure you're consolidating the number of colors in your design and the number of printing locations as much as possible. These two main factors, along with the blank garment itself, will drive the cost per unit.

Need help reducing the number of colors in your design? No problem! Our talented art team can help keep the integrity of your design intact while reducing the overall color count. If you want the most bang for your buck, consider an ink color change (i.e., changing an all-white design to all-black) for just $20.

Stick To The Standard Turnaround Time

We recommend avoiding rush fees. Plan your order in advance so that the timing will feel manageable. If you're on a slim timeline, we can rush an order and assure you things will still meet our high standards.

But, to get the most out of your budget, place your order about two weeks ahead. Doing so allows for our standard ten days of production and transit time.

Ready to do this thing?

That was a brief run-down, but we wanted our message to be out on the interwebs for you.

We don't expect "wow" to happen by accident; instead, we know it results from intentional work and high standards. We are unwilling to accept from ourselves and each other anything other than an excellent customer experience, excellent execution, and an excellent product.

Contact our team if you want to dive deeper into specifics regarding making the most of YOUR Real Thread order. They're pros with this stuff and want to ensure you have a 6-Star Experience

Till next time.
