I'm not much of an artist. Can you design my graphic for me?


Of course we can.  All you need to do is fill out our project request form >> and we'll get one started for you.

How long does it take to get shirts from you?


If you order online with our online design tool, we guarantee you shirts in your hands in ten days.  

If we need to design your graphic for you, plan on an additional five days or so.

How long does it take for me to get a proof of my shirt?

If we are designing your art, plan on five days for a proof.  If you need it sooner, make sure to tell us and we'll see if we can make it happen.

Can I make changes to the artwork once I get a proof?


Absolutely. 

Can I mix and match colors and sizes in my order?


Neither are a problem.  If you want half of your shirts white and the other half purple, we'll make it happen.  And for sizes, go nuts.

Can I print my design on different styles of shirts at the same time?


Of course.  If half the group want crew necks and the others v-neck, no worries, mix and match away!

What is your minimum order??


Minimum quantity is just 12 pieces.

How is Real Thread different from the next guy?


Two main things, 1) our quality - super soft prints that are ultra comfortable to wear and 2) our strong dedication to sustainable printing - no plastic 
prints, only water!  We love the environment and work hard to keep it beautiful.

What types of printing do you do?


Waterbase screen printing.  That the name of our game and we're sticking to it!

What all can you print on?


We print shirts everyday, and throw some hoodies and tanks in there too.  We can also print towels, bags and some other items.  If you have something in mind, let us know, we'll see what we can do.  We don't however, print on a number of items.  If it won't take our soft, eco-friendly waterbase ink, we probably won't touch it.  We stand strong on our value of only putting out responsible product.  A lot of products out there have to be printed with the plastic ink because of what the product is made of.  If that is the case, you'll have to go see George down the street.

Once I place an order, how long will it take for me to get shirts?


Our typical production time is 5-7 days.  Sometimes more, sometimes less, it just depends how busy the shop is that week.  We always get a "need by" date from you, so you'll have them by the time you need them.

I need shirts fast, can you do it?


Probably.  If you have ready to print art, we may be able to squeeze you in tomorrow.  If you need art put together, it may take a few days.  Either way, if your job requires a rush, just let us know and we'll see what we can pull off.

I have my own artwork, what kind of file should I send you?

We love getting good vectors, either .ai, .eps, or .pdf.  If you don't have any of those, send what you can.  We've taken napkin sketches and transformed it into great shirts.
