I Heart Invisible Children Roadies Shirts

Joshua Freeman I Heart Roadies shirtRecently, Joshua Freeman, from Orlando, FL contacted us to print these "I heart Invisible Children Roadies" shirts for him as he raised support for his approaching internship this fall. The shirts will be used as a thank you gift for any donations of $30 or more!

In just a matter of weeks, Josh will head out to CA to work as a Roadie with Invisible Children. After a month of training, Josh and his teammates will be sent out in a van where they will live on the road traveling the east cost for the next couple of months.

As they tour the country, they will speak to a variety of schools about the global movement to end the use of children soldiers in a war torn nation and restore peace in Northern Uganda. While promoting awareness, they will seek to motivate students to get involved in rebuilding secondary schools in Uganda through Invisible Children's Schools for Schools Program.

Some of their responsibilities will include planning each day's events, setting up for the event and selling merchandise. Riding along with the IC Roadies this year will be a student from a partner school in Uganda and a Ugandan mentor or teacher. They will have an opportunity to share how S4S is changing their lives and the lives of others.

As a Roadie, their hope is to inspire students to take action and be apart of a global movement. If you would like to support Josh, in his effort to be apart of the change, or would simply like more information, please feel free to contact him at jfdimensions@gmail.com.
