Watch An All-Over Print Live!

In case you missed it, on our Facebook page last week, here's another peak at a video we shot of a one color all-over print, on an Anvil organic tee, with waterbase ink.

All-Over Print On The New Press!

Check out our NEW Challenger III printing one of the first all-over prints since being set up this past week!! This press has the capability to print an image up to 35" wide x 40" tall which is about 2X the size of a standard image size. Here's a little fun fact: The new press can turnaround about 1500 shirts a hour in comparison to our old press which could only do about 500 a hour.

A Special Delivery

Real Thread New SinkWe had a special delivery this afternoon. Our new washout sink arrived! Merry Christmas to Real Thread. Standing at nearly 6 ft tall and 8 ft wide, it's large enough to clean 2 all over screens at the same time. Patrick climbed in to show us just how big the sink REALLY is! Looks like it could be used as a shower too ;)

Rollins College Fall Orientation Shirts Are All Over

Rollins College All Over Print Fall O

Incoming Rollins College students are set to get hooked up on shirts from their new alma mater.  

Rollins is a very progressive sustainably and decided to make a stance printing these on Anvil's new 50/50 organic cotton and recycled polyester blend shirts.  We obviously followed that with our eco-friendly waterbase ink.  

The all over print on this shirt is way cool.  It's actually an old, 1980s hand drawn map of the Rollins campus.  Those familar with the Orlando and Winter Park area will notice Park Ave and Fairbanks in the lower right side of this picture.  

This ended up being a three color design, one of which was the all over print.

More on these new Anvil's which we're pretty excited with.  They have a super soft hand with a slimmer fit.  The poly helps with the softer hand but it also makes it a great shirt for burnout.  Colors are a bit limited, but those which are available are pretty cool colors.  You can see all of those colors on Anvil's site >>
