To Haiti With Love
Show Feeding Children Everywhere some love and check out their latest adventure here. They're partnering with thousands of Elementary Schools across Florida to help the children in Haiti.
This past week marked the one year anniversary of the earthquake that shattered Haiti and left a number of people in desperate need of help.
Add Dimension Using Simulated Process
When printing a vibrant graphic, such as this "Broken" design which includes different shades and tones, a simulated process is used. This process is a combination of spot colors and halftones to create the image on a darker colored shirt.
This shirt was printed on a black fine knit jersey tee from Tultex with red, white and halftones for the grey. Sim process lets you add some dimension to the shirt, which gives it an awesome 3D effect!
We recently printed these "Broken" shirts for the band at Northland Church, whom performed at the one year anniversary celebration of Celebrate Recovery, put on by Discovery Counseling. Discovery has teamed up with Northland to provide professional and affordable Christian counseling. They hope to offer direction to different individuals while journeying through the ups and downs of life.

Just Stance Offers Exclusive Designs Printed on Alstyle
We recently printed a few shirts for Just Stance, a company from Hialeah, FL, which evaluates and ranks cars based on styling. They currently have eight exclusive designs available, along with custom tags, so make sure to drop by their online store!!
The shirt featured here was printed on 100% combed ring spun cotton from Alstyle. These slim fit tees are super soft and light weight making them extremely enjoyable to wear!
Using our eco-friendly waterbase inks, we printed "Look Ma No Bags" on a military green shirt. For their black shirt, Just Stance wanted to crank it up a notch and went with gold foil for their "Gold Class" premier shirt.
They're offering 25% off of some of their custom design shirts for the Christmas season, so check them out!
5 Color Simulated Process Print
Real Thread's latest adventure was printing this Diamondback snake on a black Tultex tee using a 5 color simulated process print with ALL discharge ink. The detail is phenomenal! As you can see, the colors blended together very well to make secondary colors, allowing subtle shadows and highlights throughout the print.
This design was done with Spot Process software. This graphic has been used by M&R at trade shows all over the country on their Diamondback press, but usually with plastisol ink. We wanted to do it with discharge ink to see how it would print and feel.
The result: the shirt came out extremely soft and looked just as good, if not better than the trade show print with plastisol ink.
