Feeding Children Everywhere on American ApparelIf you thought the black Tultex "To Haiti With Love" shirt was rad you're going to DIG the new white one, with the same graphic, on the American Apparel 2001. The colors really pop making the graphic stand out even more!

Show Feeding Children Everywhere some love and check out their latest adventure here. They're partnering with thousands of Elementary Schools across Florida to help the children in Haiti.

This past week marked the one year anniversary of the earthquake that shattered Haiti and left a number of people in desperate need of help.

Add Dimension Using Simulated Process

Broken Tee on Tultex Simulated Process When printing a vibrant graphic, such as this "Broken" design which includes different shades and tones, a simulated process is used. This process is a combination of spot colors and halftones to create the image on a darker colored shirt.

This shirt was printed on a black fine knit jersey tee from Tultex with red, white and halftones for the grey.  Sim process lets you add some dimension to the shirt, which gives it an awesome 3D effect!

We recently printed these "Broken" shirts for the band at Northland Church, whom performed at the one year anniversary celebration of Celebrate Recovery,  put on by Discovery Counseling. Discovery has teamed up with Northland to provide professional and affordable Christian counseling. They hope to offer direction to different individuals while journeying through the ups and downs of life.

To Haiti With Love on Tultex

Feeding Children Everywhere (FCE), a local non-profit from Sanford, FL, came to us needing shirts for their food packing events! Their mission is to mobilize people to make a practical, but fun, difference by packaging food for children around the world in countries such as Haiti, central America and Africa!

FCE works with different organizations to assemble these packaged meals, that have been scientifically formulated, to provide the right nutrition for the body. Each meal cost around $0.25.

This particular shirt ended up being a two color custom design, in grey and dusty rose, on a fitted black fine knit jersey Tultex shirt. The graphic represented a postcard, stating "To Haiti With Love" to signify the efforts of FCE.

Real Thread is currently working on another cool design for their Turkey Day 5K coming up on Thursday, November 25th. All early entries will receive a free shirt, so make sure you sign up today!

Sweet! Bakes Cupcakes For A Cause

Our long time friends at Sweet! by Holly in Orlando, FL have recently chosen Florida Hospital for Children as their official charity of Central Florida.  With that, Sweet! has decided to launch several pieces of merchandise, of which 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Florida Hospital for Children.  We are happy to serve in this partnership with Sweet! and Florida Hospital for Children.

Sweet! will be launching a number of fan inspired shirts over the next few months.  The first, as seen in this video, is the "Minimize to Maximize" shirt.  Sweet!'s mini cupcake is the inspiration behind this shirt, urging a simplified, portion controlled lifestyle.

We'll have more on this as the partnership progresses.  Until then, grab a mini red velvet from Sweet! :)

I Heart Invisible Children Roadies Shirts

Joshua Freeman I Heart Roadies shirtRecently, Joshua Freeman, from Orlando, FL contacted us to print these "I heart Invisible Children Roadies" shirts for him as he raised support for his approaching internship this fall. The shirts will be used as a thank you gift for any donations of $30 or more!

In just a matter of weeks, Josh will head out to CA to work as a Roadie with Invisible Children. After a month of training, Josh and his teammates will be sent out in a van where they will live on the road traveling the east cost for the next couple of months.

As they tour the country, they will speak to a variety of schools about the global movement to end the use of children soldiers in a war torn nation and restore peace in Northern Uganda. While promoting awareness, they will seek to motivate students to get involved in rebuilding secondary schools in Uganda through Invisible Children's Schools for Schools Program.

Some of their responsibilities will include planning each day's events, setting up for the event and selling merchandise. Riding along with the IC Roadies this year will be a student from a partner school in Uganda and a Ugandan mentor or teacher. They will have an opportunity to share how S4S is changing their lives and the lives of others.

As a Roadie, their hope is to inspire students to take action and be apart of a global movement. If you would like to support Josh, in his effort to be apart of the change, or would simply like more information, please feel free to contact him at jfdimensions@gmail.com. If you would like to follow him on his journey, check out his blog for the latest updates joshuajamesfreeman.blogspot.com

Catholic Heart Work Camp's Love Haiti Shirts

Love Haiti shirt picture

Catholic Heart Work Camp in Orlando recently came to us for a fun print.  After scaring off several other screen printers with the 27" long quote, CHWC finally found relief.  We were happy to help out.

At the full 27" long, "Love makes the world go 'round..." wraps about three quarters of the way around the shirt on a size medium.

We printed these on red Tultex with white ink.  Red can be a bit hairy on the discharge, but these came out a very bright white.

This shirt can be purchased from CHWC on their merch store online >>
