THREAD MANAGER
Full Time in Orlando FL
This position is responsible for managing projects, communicating with clients and tending to their every need. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, lots of email, and working with the production team to coordinate the production schedule. You must be able to mulitask and prioritize very well.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbounds phone calls
- Manage the slew of daily emails to your inbox
- Managing shirt inventory and ordering
- Accurately pricing projects
- Communicate production timelines with the production team
- Accurately communicate clients' art desires to the art team
- Brainstorming session input and creative direction
Qualifications
- Must love people, communicating with people, pleasing people and dealing with people :)
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong basic computer skills are a must (surfing the net, email, etc.)
- Google Apps or Gmail knowledge a plus
- Screen printing experience is NOT required as long as you are a people person
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with poise
- You must have a creative mind enjoying shirt art
This is a full time position, paid hourly based on experience and performance. The working atmosphere is laid back but very fast paced. The dress code is about anything you feel comfortable wearing.
